SAFE ROOF CLEANING:
We offer non pressure roof cleaning, also called Soft Washing. This method of cleaning will last about 5 years. (Black stains on the roof are gone the day of service). The Method we use to make your roof look new is approved by the ARMA, Owens Corning, and GAF shingle manufacturer.
WHAT IS HOUSE POWER WASH & WAX:
The siding wash is done with low pressure, also known as soft washing. The house wash usually lasts about 2 years. We are usually called back for a maintenance wash and wax after about 2 years, or so. The siding wash includes the siding, fascia, soffit, organic clean of exterior of gutters, outside of the windows, and More.Your House will look fresh and new! If you are preparing your home for sale. A sharp, new looking exterior will help.
WAX???
It is a proprietary wax that we include with the house wash mix, for free. Designed to impart a beautiful shine and water beading finish on painted surfaces. The wax helps to condition and protect painted surfaces. it leaves behind a thin microscopic film of conditioning polymer. It repels all atmospheric fall out including acid rain.. This wax helps to bring more color back to the vinyl siding. This wax also helps to maintain a less porous surface. Hence our house washing lasts longer than most of our competitors. (It helps to remove that chalky look too). Better to hav4e it than not, and it is included, at no additional charge, on all house soft power washing.
GUTTER CLEANING:
Our gutter cleaning also includes the downspouts. There is a small additional charge if there are gutter guards on top of the gutters. Our Gutter cleaning does not include underground drains at this time. How long the gutter cleaning lasts depends on the type of trees around your home. CONCRETE AND BRICK POWER WASHING:
We use professional equipment and soaps to clean and remove stains from these surfaces. Before power washing the surface we apply a specific soap and dwell first. This method of cleaning lasts much longer than pressure washing alone. No damage to mortar between bricks or pavers. Our power washing service RESULTS are superior to any other method.
RUST STAIN REMOVAL:
We also offer a rust stain removal service, if needed. This service is occasionally an add on to roof cleaning, siding wash, or brick or concrete cleaning, and a small additional fee. Our method uses no pressure, only a rinsing equal to a garden hose.
